Short Notice Discounts Available-48 Hrs. or less prior to arrival
NORMAL RATES $175-250 FOR 2 PERSONS, $215-335 FOR 3-6 PERSONS
RATES BASED ON SEASON AND NUMBER OF PEOPLE--MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE
10% discount on stays of 7 nts or longer, 15% for stays over 15 nts.
Housekeeping fee of $60-105 for short stay, $75-135 over 4 nts
Security Deposit $250.
High Season is May 13-Labor Day, Christmas Time, Spring Break; Holidays & Week-ends may be slightly higher CALL RE SPECIAL WINTER RATE

Plus applicable local and state bed and hotel taxes
(Currently 10%, subject to change with local and state codes).
How to Book Your Stay
1. Call the owners at (707) 452-0434 to check availability.
2. Pick your dates and give us a credit card to hold your reservation.
We will immediately charge your card for the first two nights of your
stay to hold your reservation. We will fax and/or mail you a confirmation
agreement which must be acknowledged with your signature and returned
within 7 days of the booking (or faxed within 24 hours if your stay
is to begin less than three weeks from the booking) to hold your reservation.
If we do not receive this acknowledgement we must cancel your reservation
and you may be subject to cancellation fees.
3.
We will send you an information packet, directions, and instructions
for picking up your keys.

Cancellation
Policy
(or the good, the bad, and the ugly)
The
Good
If you cancel your reservation more than two weeks prior to your scheduled
stay there is no cancellation fee other than a $25 administration
fee. All charges to your credit card will be posted back within 48
hours.
If you cancel your reservation within two weeks of your scheduled
stay, there will be a cancellation fee, but it will be returned if
we can rebook your reserved time with another guest
If you incur a cancellation fee it will be credited to any stay you
rebook within 90 days.
The
Bad
The nature of vacation rentals such as The Whales Tale is that it
is nearly impossible to rebook reservations cancelled on short notice.
We have therefore established a cancellation policy that we feel is
fair to both you and the owner's of The Whale's Tale:
The late cancellation fee is the first night's lodging for short stays,
and two night's lodging for stays booked for a week or more.
The
Ugly
There is no ugly. We are sure you will have a beautiful stay at The
Whale's Tale.
